Site Plan

The homes at Squam River Landing will be situated over 65 acres overlooking the lake, mountains and Squam River. The land plan is currently being designed along with the home designs. If you would like to view the property, we have constructed a gravel access road from Leavitt Hill road, directly across from Pease Hill Road. There are viewing platforms constructed from four of the primary building areas.
