Phase One of Squam River Landing “The Residences” will consist of
3 four unit buildings.

At this time the plan is to have 2 buildings facing Squam Lake and one building facing the Squam River. The units will be approximately 2,650 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft and provide a pre-construction depositor / buyer with some customized choices in floor plans along with various onsite amenities.
