The first is the Purchase and Sales Agreement; the second is entitled the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Reservations and Easements for Squam River Landing – A Boatslip Condominium. Included on the website page for your review are two PDF files which contain samples of the above referenced purchase documents for your review and general information purposes. Please be advised that these documents are subject to change as the project evolves.
