The Squam River Landing Sales and Marketing efforts are led by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sippican Partners LLC, Kirk Klafter and the Marketing Manager for Sippican Partners LLC, Sam Barnum. Mr. Klafter brings nearly a decade of sales management experience of resort real estate developments throughout the country. He is also the Principal Broker for the Sippican Partners brokerage overseeing sales for the Squam River Landing community. Mr. Barnum has been apart of the Squam River Landing project since the beginning and oversees the marketing efforts for the community. His education and background of all media platforms has established him as a valuable member of the marketing team.
